We are all aware that media consumption is gradually shifting across to the electronic media. Moreover, the time dedicated to this type of consumption is also growing year after year. Nevertheless, the newspapers are and remain the most credible media in terms of content and information.
In this world of fast-changing communication, cross media is coming to play an increasingly important role. Creativity, diversity, enlargement of the media offering and new advertising opportunities will be your biggest asset in future!
PubliGroupe, in cooperation with INMA, invites you to take part in a big competition, "The Innovative Business Models Contest". This is an international case study competition for media companies to submit what they consider to be Innovative Business Models . The competition is designed to understand how media companies extend their brand to:
• Fill a new market space
• Attract new audiences
• Generate new revenue streams
The concept for this competition came about as both INMA and Publi Groupe noticed that newspapers are constantly looking for new developments in the print media as well as the other products: websites, mobile telephony, user-provided content, blogs, and more -- to attract new advertising revenues. The reality is that most publishers have many platforms and can offer cross media advertising rates and possibilities; however the business world around them still thinks in terms of printed newspapers, separate from a website, separate from TV, radio, mobile phones, etc...
